There's finally an opening at XYZ Company! I know you're aware of how long I've wanted to take my design skills to that firm, and I'd like to take you up on your offer to write me a letter of recommendation.
They are really looking for someone who knows InDesign backward and forward, so if you could highlight my skills in that program-especially my work on the ABC Brochure-that would be great. If you could also mention my Photoshop experience, that would be a big plus, too.
